A “service mark” is also similar to the trademark which recognizes and distinguishes the source of a service rather than a product. Trademarks and service-marks both included in the “Trademark”. A trademark should be a symbol, a slogan, a brand, or the name of a product.

1. Individual trademark: An individual trademark is a trademark that differentiates the goods or services of one organization or a person. 99% of the trademarks are individual trademarks.
2. Collective trademark: A collective trademark is a trademark that differentiates one or more characteristics of products or services.
